H1B stamping at bahamas?

Hi,
I have to go to india next month. I have to get my H1b stamped before that. I couldn't find dates in mexico and canada. Can I get my visa stamped in Bahamas. Has anybody done that before? can u pls provide me some info like where exactly u went for stamping and how u scheduled an interview.
