Hi,
I am having 2.5 years of experience in IT industry. I have visited USA 2 times before on B1 visa. Recently I joined a new comapny in Bangalore India which has applied for H1B visa. For one of my project I came to USA and my I-94 is valid till DEC-2006. In the mean while my H1B got approved and I am already in USA on B1 visa. My quetions are
1) Can my company put me on Payroll starting from October 1st 2006 since I am staying still Dec-2006.
2) What are the chances of refusal of visa stamping considering my experience and US visits. Any precautions to be taken for this ?
3) Can I go to canada for visa stamping? I have BE degree from India.
