Ottawa Stamping

Hello Members,
I would like to book an appointment at Ottawa for my H1 stamping. nvars .com says have to wait for 10 weeks before our tentative dates.
1.I would like to have on Dec 1st week , does that mean that I have to wait until last week of this month and look for it .
2. when do they open the start dates like for example on Dec 4th ?
