Right now I’m in the USA with H-1b visa status, but without H-1b stamp in my passport.
I am going to Canada next month to get H-1b stamp in my passport.
My position in my company is Assistant Engineer, but in my H-1b visa petition and LCA form my position was Assistant Civil Engineer. Will it create any problem to get H-1b visa stamp? Your suggestion will be highly appreciated. Thank you.
