Help on critical issue - H1b

Hi

I have the interview scheduled for H1b this month. Current employer came to know that I am going to attend H1 interview and he is creating problems.

So I dont want to use his name. But I have specified current employer name and address in DS 156 form, when I scheduled the appointment. If I change that to my previous employers name.

Will that info be displayed infront of VO. at the time of interview.

Any input is appreciated.

Hi

Dont hide any info regarding your current experience...and dont worry about your current employeer. he can not do anything regading your H1 visa stamping.

if u tell the VO that u r still with the old co and if by chance that info is mismatched with the info your H1 employeer has submitted u will be in big trouble. you will never get US vsa.

so dont worry....whatever true info is there...put it infront of the VO. anything u hide is treated as crime.
