No pay stub issued in company...help plz

I am working for a company A ,but Salary is not mentioned in my appointment letter no pay stubs are also issued in our company i am attending H1b interview this month if VO asks for pay stub what should i say regarding this.
plz if any body have faced this kind of situation plz do help me

Ask your company for the paystubs. A lot of companies are known not to give paystubs. If you complain to the USCIS they can be in serious trouble. But first ask them in a nice manner, tell them that you need it for your visa stamping. Also your H1b papers must have the salary mentioned in it. So you can use that as your appointment letter.

I have offer letter from US employer with salary mentioned.

I am presently working for a company A in India initially i got my offer letter from my present working company in India without mentioning salary,and even pay stubs are also not issued in my present working company
I have an H1b interview this month if VO asks me like y salary is not mentioned in ur currently working company what should i say regarding this.I asked for pay stub but company people are not in a position to issue me.
