Hello,

My wife just delivered a baby girl. She already has H4 stamped. What process I will need to follow in order to get the visa for new born baby.

I am already in US on H1B.

My wife just delivered a baby girl. She already has H4 stamped. What process I will need to follow in order to get the visa for new born baby.

---- Get her a Passport and go through the same process as you went for a H4 visa interview for your wife. Either you or your wife will have to go to the US Consulate where you have taken an appointment for your baby and get the visa stamped. Guardians, Grandparents are not permitted and in fact you may be given 221g and that leads to further delays

---- You have not indicated if the baby is born in US or in the home country. The above should apply if your wife and baby are in the home country
