L2 EAD to h1B Transfer

I am on l2 and I just started working after getting EAD.
My H1B petition was approved. I would like to know Is there any way I can get H1B stamped with out going back to India.

I heard like If H1B is rejected then I can’t return to US.
I should return to India from there itself.
Is that true?

That would b etrue. You need a visa to reenter and you if its rejected, you wouldnt have one to reenter.
