    H1 Query

    Hi,
    My current H1 visa stamped in my passport is getting expired on Feb 26 '07and I have petition till Oct '08.
    I'm planning to take a vacation to India by Jan '07 1st week and return back by last week of Jan
    Do i need to get the extension visa stamped in my passport or can i come back with same old stamping and new petition.
