A) I wanted to know whether i can get my H1B visa stamped(from foreign country) if i am not in india as i am going out of India for some time????
b)AS of now i am going out of india for an year or so for Company A and i have H1B approved from Company B(Consultancy) what is the right approach to follow
Coming back and getting the stamping OR getting 2 visas on the passport ????
Can there be problems in explaining the VO why there was an year's delay?
