I have taken appointment for H1 visa interview. I filled all the required fields in DS-156/157 forms for appointment. But with in generated DS-156 PDF's there are some fields has no information.

Some fields are appearing BLANKS in DS-156 form. While going for interview with printed documents, Can we write with a PEN (BLACK) where there are BLANK fields with relevant information.

Hi,

The fields will be blank if they are not required to be filled (in the online form, they are disabled or dimmed, so, you can't fill them). I don't think you need to write anything with Pen if you fill correctly all the details in the online form.
