    Please help.. child's h4 expires earlier than parents

    h4 visa was granted to me and my son(3 year old) in chennai consulate on september 28th. but his visa expiration date is 10-Jan 2008, while mine and my husband's expiration date is 1-Oct-2008. Wil this be mistake or does such things happen? In such case, whom to contact , how to deal with it?
