Is there a problem if a sponsor applies for H1B extension or renewal after the expiry date stated on I-94?
Is it allowed legally?
My spouse has about 14 months left on his H1B. can a sponsor apply for the extension after his I-94 expires?
His current employer wants to get a L1 visa for him but my spouse wants to continue on H1B.
Please help me senior memebers
