Hi,
I came first time in US on L1 in 2001.It was blanket petition.I went back to india after 1 year.After that I again came to US in 2004 on L1.In 2005 I resigned from my company and get my H1 petition through other company. I filed for my H1 transfer again in 2006 July.But now I got RFE stating that I am staying here from 2001 and it will be case of H1 extension for last year and not H1 transfer.
What proofs I can send to them to present my case that I was not in US from 2002 to 2004?
Do they agree to the passport stamps that I have stating that I have left US in end of 2001 and then returned to US in 2004?
Please let me know if someone has any information related to such case.
