Today I got appointment for H1 visa interview in Ottawa on Dec 11 2006. I was just going through my documents when I realized that I don't have the original I-797A for my previous employer.
To make it clear, I do have this form for my current employer, but I only have photocopy of this form for my previous employer.
Does America embassy require ALL I-797A (from ALL employers) in original?
Will it cause me problem getting Canada's visit visa?
