Hi Frds,
I have a question reg my immigration status.
I was in H4 visa from March 2004 to March 2006.
I left for India (in March 2006), my future employer filed my new H1B in May,2006 but mistakenly as "Change of status" (h4-h1) instead of new H1B.
Now I have the H1b approval petition with new I-94 at the bottom valid until Sep,2009.
Will this be considered as misrepresentation of fact since I was not in US during may 2006.
Please help me in clarifying and suggest any thing relevant to this.
