resume submitted while appling for h1

I have worked in four companies A, B, C, D(current). while submitting resume for applying h1 to consultant, I gave him resume with companies A1, B, C D (I was using this resume for applying in india that was suiting to my resume). Now I have to go for h1 stamping, shud I go for A,B,C,D (all are original) or A1, B, C, D (here A1 is fabricated).

what is detail VFS have? do vfs have detail of A1? do it is reflected in any form?
can i change my resume now after asking to consultant?
even this A1 or A is not filled in 156 and 157 forms?
