Hi,
I have Qs related to my H1B Transfer...
I did H1B Transfer From Comp A to Company B. But H1B Transfer is in process. During that time i was still working with Comp A only. After a month due to better offer by Comp C. I did another H1B Transfer from Comp A to Comp C. Again H1 B petition for Comp C is in process. I got the receipt and started working with Comp C. If i don't like the work in Comp C after some 3 months, shall i start working with COmp B without H1B Transfer.
Please let me know if there are some legal complications involved in that.
Your help on this will be greatly appreciated.
