Blue - 221-g Issued.
Hi...Friends, Thanks for spending your valueble time for suggesting.
I attended Chenni consulate on 5th, Oct, 06.. I have 3 years B.Tech, Diplomo 3 years.. So my education is 10+3+3. and i have 5 years of Experience... in CMM level 5 company..also ..
She said she did hear about this kind of degree.. but most of my friend got Visa's on this kind of degree..
She issued me 221-g..blue form, indicate.. "your case would be send to USCIS for further review.. then consulate people would contact you.."
VO returned me my passport, DD,and all ceritficates, but she has taken my Photo copies of all experience and education certificates.... But she kept my I-797, I-129 forms..
Can any body could please let me know how much time it takes.. and Whether i would get approval or not..
