  • H1B Transfer to multiple Company

    **** **** ***Need Immed Help **** **** **** Hello,

I was working for Company A and joined a Company B with H1B transfer. On the first day of joining Company B, I received a very good offer from Company C , would like to go with company C. So far I have not received the H1B transfer copy from company B.

Q1. How soon i can join this new company "C" with Legally ?
Q2. For H1B transfer which I-797 I will be providing to company C (Of Comp B or Comp A)?
Q3. Do I need to wait for 3 months atleast in-order to get 3 payslips from company B ?

    Please advice.

    Thanks,
    Bill

      H1B Transfer to multiple Company

As far as i know, you don't need to wait. You can still go for company c. INS will issue you new I-797 for the company C. Talk to the attorney of company C, they will help you.

Multiple H1 transfers are legally allowed but do look suspicious on the employee's part.

One can initiate transfers from A--> B and at the same time A--> C.

          Thanks Guys

Thanks guys for the inputs. Is it ok eventhough i have worked with company B for a week. I will be given the final offer letter from cmpC tomorrow and still thinking whether i shuld take bcos of this multiple transfer. FYI i am working in cmpy B for a week and dont have a pay stub but have the pay stub from cmpA for 3 yrs??? So is that ok if i do the transfer.
Let me know ur suggestions. Planning to call the attorney tomorrow but will be of great help if u guys give me some inputs....

            Go ahead.

            Use company A pay stubs.
