I am presently in U.S and holding H1visa and my wife and son are on H4 visas.My wife came to U.S on H4 2 months back,now my query is regarding my kid (10 months)who is on a valid H4 visa.can my in-laws with a valid 10 year visitor visa accompany him without me or my wife?In that case what documents are needed for immigration ?please help me out in this regard
