I am going for my H1b visa stamping for the second time, a few months ago I was arrested on DWI charges (plead guilty to misdemeanor charge), there's a clause on the DS-156 form asking if I was ever arrested or convicted for any crime or offense. Do I need to disclose this information on the DS-156 form. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

---- YES, you need to be honest and truthful. State the facts when the question is asked. After all even you like somebody being honets and truthful. This is same with an official document like an application for a visa
