    Query on H1 Visa

    I had H1 - B visa which was issued by another company A. I had to resign from that company A and come to US on L2 dependant visa with my husband.
    Now I am in US having a valid EAD and L2 visa.
    I would like to know if I can apply for H1 visa without waiting for the H1 quota to open.
