H-1b Stamp

I’m working on H-1b visa, but in my passport I don’t have H-1b visa stamp. Recently I have been promoted to new position that is different from the job title in my H-1b petition. Next month I’m going to Canada to get the H-1b visa stamp. My company will give me an employment letter in which they will include my new position and salary. So, my question is---------

Is this new position and salary is OK to get the H-1b visa stamp?
