Fresh h1b with 221(g) last year
I have got 221(g) three times in May 2006 They(V0) required client information and Photographs which my employer has not sent me so i could not go for the 4th time.
This time i have filed the papers with a different employer my appintment with the consulate is in the month of november. I have a couple of querys regarding this
1)What would VO generally ask in the interview as i had query last time.
2)While filling DS 156 there is one question "Q31 Have You Ever Been Refused a U.S. Visa" Can you please let me know should i fill Yes for the question above in DS 156
3)Will my previous petition be canceled
