Doubt regarding the name in the visa

hi,

I have a valid B1/B2 multiple entry visa for the US stating my name as "Sendil Kumar Hari" as first name and my last name was put as "prasad" as it was in the passport.

But my college records come as Hari Prasad Sendil Kumar and i have got a H1B filed and the contract reads my name as "Hari Prasad Sendil kumar" based on my college records...

Now, based on this will i have any prob in the US embassy for the H1B visa as name in the B1/B2 visa is different.

kindly clarify me this regard
