critical: H1B form157 question 12 doubt.

hi friends,
mine is H1B normal,petetion approved, Software sector.
i have a problem with my previous company.....

my previous company has been acquired by some other company.
website as well as contact numbers are changed.
i have stamping interview in november. at that time if they check the site and numbers they would bounce definitely.
i have experience and relieving docs with old name.

now, do i need to mention those things in form 157, question 12, where it asks to list all previous employment details?

how can i manage this?
please suggest.

---- Write the exact name of the company with whom you have worked even if the company has closed, gone out of business, sold, acquired and taken over etc.

---- At the time of interview the VO does not check about the company/ organisation etc. they want to know the details from you. If the website has closed it has nothing to do with you. If you are asked about that company you are going to be honest and truthful and let the VO know if the company is no longer existing or not
