Need Suggestion regarding H1B Visa

Hi all,

This is Jyothi.I need a suggestion regarding my H1 B Visa.I attended the interview and i got the querry twice and they have opted me to submit for the visa through drop box.


I want to know weather i can attend interview personally.
If so is their any problem as they asked me to send the documents through drop box.

I would like to know the chances of getting the Visa in either cases.

Plz send me out your suggestions as soon as posssible.

Hi Jyothi,

Just do whatever the VO suggested!!!!!! You shouldn't go for the personal interview when VO is asked to use the drop box facility.

Chances of getting VISA purely depends on the response provided to the query given. As far as I know there is no particular time frame to get a decision on your petition.
