I'm a software developer by profession, having 7 Years of experience in IT. This is my 3rd Job and right now I'm on B1 for the same company that plans to file my H1 for next year(2007), But I have not completed my studies. I'm from commerce stream and have completed my Second year Bachelor of Commerce (SYBCOM) Only. Will I/my organisation have problems in filing my VISA. What other problems can we come across while filing an H1 Visa?
