Hi,
I applied for H1 through one consultency and I got approval for that in 2006,October quota.
Now I got a full-time opportunity from other company.
So If I want to transfer my H1 to the new fulltime position company.what is the way?I didn't apply till now for SSN.So I don't have SSN.I don't have my paystubs also as I recently got work permit from consultency I didn't start work till now.
Can anybody suggest,how can transfer or get a H1 for my full time position without having SSN or payslips?Is there any way to transfer the existing approved H1.
