H4 Issue

Hai,
I am in U.S for almost 2 years. When i was having my H1 with company A my wife got her H4 (last month).
Now i have changed my H1 to company B this week and my wife is planning to join me this month end.
Will it would be a problem for her when she comes to U.S?

Please let me know as earlier as possible.

Your wife won't have any problem if she has your 2nd company's I-797 also When she enters US.
