Hi,
I applied for H1 through one consultency and I got approval for that in 2006,October quota.
Now I got a full-time opportunity from other company.
So If I want to transfer my H1 to the new fulltime position company,what is the way?
I don't have my paystubs as I recently got work permit from consultency I didn't start work till now.
Please suggest me!!
