Hi All,
I need one urgent clarification. I am on a L1B visa and staying here in US for the past four years. I have got my L1 on 2001 Dec, However entered into US on 2002 Dec. Now I am planning to apply for H1. So how long do I get my H1?. Is it for another year ( Since From my L1 till date it's 5 yrs), or Do I get 2 yrs ( The day I landed in US was 2002 Dec to till date , it's 4 yrs).
