Regarding Kids interview along with H1B interview

Hello All,

My H1B interview is scheduled on December 4th, 2006. I have few queries regarding my kid's (12 months old) dependend visa application.

1. Is it necessary to fill D-156, 157 for him?
2. How to take the same interview date/time slot for him?

Hi,

You have to fill ds156 for your kid. DS 157 is not needed

2. How to take the same interview date/time slot for him?

When you set your appointment of your H1 there is an option for adding applicant. You can add the applicant as your wife and child separately and get the appointment on same date.
