Does B1 rejection in the Past afftects H1B?

Hi All,

Last year June 27th 2005, my B1 was rejected in Calcutta. Once after rejected i did not attend the Interview again. Now i have H1B interview scheduled in the coming week at Chennai. Does that B1 rejection affects anyways in H1B? Can they ask any questions why B1 was rejected like that?
