Need Clarification about H1 filling

Hi all friends

I am aravind from chennai i have been working in mnc
I would the know the requirements about the H1
I have a real time experience of 2 years by december in software field
I would like to file H1 in the coming financial year
is it compulsory that we should have the 2+years while filling the
H1 visa
if some would be help give information i will be happy
please advice me
