L1 to H1 with approved petition

My friend is working for company A on L1.Company B applied for H1 which was approved with I-94. Company A filed for L1 extension after H1 approval date.
Her current status is L1.How can she join company B?One way is to get H1 stamping from US cosulate.
Is there any way she can do so without leaving US?
