I have a new approved H1B. My existing H1B is going to expire by the end of Nov 2006.

Shall I have to go out of USA for visa stamping?

If so can I go to Canada ( Ottowa / Toronoto)?

---- Yes, you have to go out of USA to get the H1 Visa issued and affixed in your Passport

If so can I go to Canada ( Ottowa / Toronoto)?

---- Yes, you can go anywhere you want to go. The choice is yours
