Hello.
I currently have a TN visa with 3 different agencies. One agency offered to sponser me for a greencard, saying that I'd have to go on an H1 in the meantime.
My questions are:
1) How many H1's can one have? Could I get 3 if all 3 companies agreed to it?
2) Would all 3 companies have to file for the H1 at the same time, or how would that work? One of the three companies would be filing the labour certification at some point too.
Please do advise.
