H1-B revalidation
Hello all,
I have been working in US on H1-B for approx 5 years. 4 years ago when I went to India with my new H1-B visa I was initially rejected on 221(g) (kolkata consulate) and after waiting for about 6 weeks and getting clearance from state department my visa was issued.
I am traveling to India again and will be applying for renewal of my visa. I was wondering will the earlier refusal have any impact (positive or negative) on my renewal. Has anyone had similar experience?
