I transferred my H1 from company A to B.
I received Receipt notice of H1 Transfer.But not yest approved.
If I go out of country to india,with out approved petition from new employer will it be a problem?? Please please help me soon..need to know very urgently...

---- Generally it is not advisable to go out of the country till you get the approval

---- For your return entry to US you should have a valid, unexpired and an unrevoked Visa affixed on your Passport

---- At the POE you have to show the newly approved H1 petition to get a I-94 that will be valid as per the validity period of the new H1 approval notice
