Query about Vaild H-1B and L-1B VISA usage

Hello All,



I have a valid L-1B VISA from my current employer. Mean while I got an offer from USA based company who processed my H-1B VISA. So, now I have two valid VISAs.

Query is, if I now travel to USA using L-1B from current employer, will H-1B be canceled at immigration??

---- If you are having L1B Visa affixed on your Passport, do you have your H1B also affixed in your Passport (Only then it can be considered as two valid Visas)

---- Assuming you have both the Visas affixed on your Passport at the POE while entering US you have to declare on which Visa you want to enter US. Accordingly your I-94 will be issued with that Visa status and validity

---- No Visa will be cancelled at the POE by the Immigration Officer
