H1B and L1/B1 petition
Hi All,
I have H1B petition outside of my current Indian Employer, I have to attend for interview at consulate in Jan 07. My company is also filing L1/B1 petition at this time.
1. Is it possible to issue H1 visa and as well as L1 (B1 I don't think a problem) at a time.
2. If I attend H1 interview first and if it is through then can I attend L1 also ?
In which order I can schedule interviews so that I will be in safe side or avoid some interview.
