B1 visa when H1B is in 221g status

I recently attended the visa interview with my H1b papers and got a 221g for client document and my US employer tax forms .

Now My current employer applied for B1 !!!!!!!!!

what are the chances that i will get a B1 visa ???

what will be status of My h1b if i get a b1 visa now.

On top of every thing what should i fill in DS - 156 Qno.30 .HAVE YOU EVER BEEN REFUSED A US VISA?

I faced the similar situation. I had attended 3 times for H1B visa. They issued 221g. and the VO is not satisfied and asked more details for end client letter.

my current employer filed B1 under BEP. but got rejected due to H!B case pending. They stated in the form, they are not sure about my stay in US.

So, use this case as an example and descrition for further.
