HIB Approved - Port of Entry

I got my H1b approved recently... The interview was very short and simple... They didn't ask much questions or any documents.... I have a couple of queries regarding the same.

1) I haven't done any medical test ? doesn't it required?
2) Is there any other formalities required?
3) What is this port of entry?

Please share you guys experience after the stambin

---- Congratulations, that is all that you need to enter US. The rest of the questions below do not apply to you. FYI Port of entry means the airport/seaport/land border to enter US when you are travelling to US
