But I need more info:
I know that while the "Dependent" goes for interview they have to have copies of I-797 and relevant docs.... BUT...

in India, the scheduling for interview process has changed and we have to pay the fees before scheduling....

My question is "Does one have to have I-797" for scheduling an interview for H4 using the VFS website?

My H1 papers are submitted but I have no idea whether they are approved and was checking the VFS website for potential dates for my wife (H4) and they extend beyond Aug 2007.

I wanted to book/schedule a date and Hence my question..
