H4 revalidation (stamping) without H1 stamping with with approved H1

Hi mr. Subramanya,

My wife, she has all required documents for the H4 revalidation. approved I797 for her H4 and my approved H1 copy. I sent paystubs, w2's, tax returns, bankstatements everything.

I am in US, but she visited INDIA just to see her family. can she go for stamping without my H1 stamping done. Pls let me know. asap.

Yes she can go.Same thing happened with me.I did my H4 stamping while my husband has not done his H1B stamping till now he is in USA.
