Hi all,
I got letters from employer for H1B stamping. But initially he filed LCA with different city with pay rate 50k and same was in my offer letter. But after that he decided to show in-house project and now in the second LCA , pay rate(Wage)is 53k and he had sent me the same offer letter with 50k which he sent me earlier. I wants to go for interview next month. Do you think, that it still ok to go with same letter or I have to ask employer new offer letter?
Also while filing the H1B application, he had shown 50k salary only. But new LCA has pay rate of 53k . Please let me know what I should do?
