Hi,
I am currently on H-1B visa and mine is a new one which got effective from this october-2006, Since its a new H-1 so no stamping is done on my passport. My question is my wife is in India and she will be appearing for the visa as a dependent in December so can I just send her like, Bundle of I-797(Notice of Action),I-21, I-129, LCA and other docs(includes my certificates) filed for petition.
Is that would be enough or do I really need to go for stamping to have it on the passport. Please advise. Thanks in advance.
