approval letter from client

While going back to india for stamping and if we work in a client site in US , should we need to get the leave approval letter from the client apart from the employment authorisation letter from the employer (the company who holds H1) ?

Also should the client letter state that I , the employee of company A working for the Client should return to client site by this date ?
Or is there a better format for this letter?

Pls senior advise/ provide a sample letter incase you have one......

No, client letters are needed only for first time H1b seekers. Just take your paystubs and a letter from your employer (not client) that says you are curerntly employed with them. You will get your H1b stamped. Go confidently for the interview.
